Oullim Networks Inc. (Park Dong-Hyuck, Chairman) has signed the SPIRRA export agreement to TASRA (UAE) (<a href=”http://www.etasra.com”>www.etasra.com</a>), 30th September, 2010.

 The quantity of export would be more than 50 vehicles for 3 years of the contract period, and it shall be extended.

TASRA, the first dealer of SPIRRA in the Middle East, runs its business in Dubai, USA, and Saudi Arabia.

Currently, TASRA sells import cars; such as Jaguar, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ford, and GM.

Moreover, Oullim Networks Inc. provides mounting instructions, equipment lists, and technical training which are necessary to operate maintenance, repair, mounting parts, modification, and A/S network of SPIRRA.

Oullim Motors (M) Sdn. Bhd., which is able to support the whole area of the Middle East and Southeast Asia, has been established and completed for all necessary arrangements of dispatch and support.

TASRA is planning to import three vehicles of SPIRRA by mid-November this year to participate in the biggest Abu Dhabi Motor Show in December 2010.

 ADMIS (<a href=”http://www.admotorshow.com/”>www.admotorshow.com</a>) is the most popular motor show and directly linked to the sales of multiple vehicle contracts by millionaires of the Middle East.

Mr. Park, Chairman of Oullim Networks, stated that the image of Korean products in UAE is very positive, the performance and design of SPIRRA are not comparable to other sports cars, and it has a very bright future due to its competitive price.

Oullim Networks Inc. said on 29th that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding to the SPIRRA supply has signed on 27th between Oullim Networks and the biggest company of import cars in China, “Shanghai Trading Co. Ltd. For Automobile Import CTCAI (Shanghai Trading)”.

According to MOU, Shanghai Trading imports and sells SPIRRA, and also it is responsible for after-sales service.  Two parties would begin to cooperate advertising dealerships in China and they plan to gradually extend dealerships, starting from Shanghai.

They decided to jointly exhibit SPIRRA in the 2011 Shanghai International Motor Show.
SPIRRA would be participated in the international motor show in three years since the 2008 Beijing Motor Show.

Shanghai Trading, which is the 100% owned by the Chinese government, has branches in the whole area of China, and also, in the last year, Shanghai Trading imported approximately 50,000 vehicles and took 11.7% market share of import cars in China.
 
Before the middle of November, the first SPIRRA Chinese dealership is planning to open a showroom in the central area of luxurious car stores in Shanghai. Oullim Networks would transport minimum two vehicles to China in the middle of October this year.

Mr. Park, the Chairman of Oullim Networks, stated that it is not an exaggeration to say that all luxury vehicles in the world are gathered in Shanghai. Moreover, he said that he would visit Shanghai next week for the showroom opening and build a positive cooperation system with Shanghai Trading.

For 7 days from 1st September, Oullim Networks said on 2nd that the cross-country trip from Seoul to Jeju has been started for the purpose of the national promotional event of SPIRRA.

During the promotion period, the staff of Oullim are driving for a long distance by themselves from Seoul to Mokpo on the road, from Mokpo to Jeju on the sea, and returning from Jeju to Seoul on the road.

Total six vehicles with six colors (black, silver, red, blue, dark grey, and dark green of SPIRRA) are running, and the models are SPIRRA N, SPIRRA S, and SPIRRA Turbo.

Two vehicles during the promotion period shall be participated in ‘Circuit Run 2010′ of F1 Korea grand prize celebration from 4th to 5th September as a face car (leading cars in motor race) and circuit taxi (driving with people).
